Breast Reconstruction

Starting From

$ 5000

Breast reconstruction is a surgical procedure designed to restore the shape and appearance of the breast after a mastectomy (removal of the breast, often due to cancer) or lumpectomy (removal of part of the breast). It can also be done for congenital deformities or trauma-related damage to the breast.

The goal of the procedure is to help patients regain their physical appearance and self-confidence, providing a sense of normalcy after breast tissue loss.

Tissue Expansion: A balloon-like device called a tissue expander is placed under the chest muscle and gradually filled with saline over several weeks to stretch the skin and muscle to create room for the implant.Implant Placement: Once the skin has been sufficiently expanded, a permanent saline or silicone implant is placed.

Recent advances, such as fat grafting (transferring fat from other areas of the body to enhance the breast’s shape) and 3D nipple tattooing, have improved both aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction. Additionally, newer techniques, like pre-pectoral implant placement, avoid the need to place implants under the chest muscles, reducing discomfort during recovery.
