I visited the clinic for acne treatment, where Dr. Mamta Patil treated me. Upon entering, she only asked about my problem and did not examine my skin. The medicines she prescribed caused severe rashes and irritation, making my face worse than it was before the visit. I felt odd that she didn’t check my skin before prescribing treatment. As a result, I had to consult another senior doctor to control the damage she inflicted. My experience was disappointing, and I cannot recommend this clinic for acne treatment due to the negative impact on my skin.

On the positive side, the staff is good, and the infrastructure is very impressive. The doctor seems professional, which is reassuring. However, on the negative side, they don’t have a working swipe machine, so I had to search for an ATM with one of the staff. The receptionist advised me to go after surgery, which was frustrating. I felt unsafe in Pune and was unaware of the necessary care. I only learned about it by asking the staff. At least one staff member cared enough to reply and provide assistance during my visit to your clinic & experiencewas wonderful.
